Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting Corydon Bee Company! We’re a small, family-run business and are excited to share our locally produced honey with customers near and far. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons (such as holidays or new product releases), processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer domestic shipping across the U.S., using standard carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the shipping address and weight of your order.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days (after processing)
We currently do not ship internationally.

Local Pickup

If you live nearby and prefer to skip shipping, we also offer local pickup in Corydon, Indiana. You’ll receive an email with instructions when your order is ready to be picked up.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Damaged or Lost Packages

We take great care in packing your order securely, but once it leaves our hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at corydonbeecompany@gmail.com as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Service Interruptions

Weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. While we do our best to keep everything on track, these delays are unfortunately outside of our control. We appreciate your patience during such events.
